Treatment of multiple lympphangioma by intralegional injection of ok-432

Abstract
|
|
|
Lymphangioms are uncommon lesions of the lymphatic system which usually occur in the head and neck;involvement of the tognue is rare.
The treatment of lymphangioma has a long history of attempted and failed modalities.
The treatment of choice is surgery in lymphangioma, and other treatment modialities are less sensitive than in hemangioma.
We present a clinical case of multiple lymphangioma in the cervicofacial region. We had performed repeated intralegional injection of OK-432 on lymphangioma and got a good results.
